Email [email protected]. Telling us your account email and roughly when the problem happened makes it much faster to find.

You can also send feedback or request a feature from inside the app: Settings → Send feedback, or Settings → Request a feature. Feature requests are public once approved, and other people can vote on them.

Common questions

A generation failed. Was I charged?

No. If a generation produces no image, the credits are returned automatically. If your balance still looks wrong, email us with the approximate time and we will check.

My subscription is active but the app still asks me to subscribe.

Purchases confirm through the store, which can take a moment to reach us. Tap Restore on the subscribe screen. If it still has not unlocked after a few minutes, email us — do not buy again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone / iPad: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → ReelMachi → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ReelMachi → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where are my photos stored?

Your saved wardrobe is on your device only. Photos used for a generation are uploaded briefly, processed once, and deleted straight after. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I get my images out?

Settings → Export packages every photo stored locally in the app into a single archive you can save or share.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account, then confirm.

This immediately and permanently erases:

your account and email address;
your plan and any remaining credits;
your generation history and purchase records;
any feedback and feature requests you submitted;
every photo the app stored on that device.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — those are managed by the store, not by us, and will keep billing you until you cancel them there. Use the steps above.

This cannot be undone, and a deleted account cannot be recovered. If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
